Carlos Custodio – Network Systems and Cloud Services
Mr. Custodio has a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco. His academic concentrations are: economic policies of information systems, software development, building businesses in the Internet economy, signals intelligence, and business strategic policies. He is a Certified Abacus Law Consultant, Certified Timeslips Consultant, and a Microsoft Online Services Partner. He is also a former systems director for a prominent Bay Area law firm.

Deborah Daniell – Accounting and Billing Systems
Ms. Daniell is a Certified Timeslips Consultant and QuickBooks Pro Advisor. She is a 25-year experienced law office bookkeeping and accounting expert. She has rolled out multiple billing and accounting systems for many San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley law firms, conducted multi-layered training seminars, and developed strategic financial law office procedures. She is the staff accountant for several law firms throughout the United States, and her technical concentrations are in bookkeeping, trust accounting, retainer procedures, taxes, forensic accounting, and in resolving complex technology-based accounting issues.
