As an AC Consulting client, you have immediate access to a certified engineer. Since law firms lose more revenue than traditional offices when a computer system fails, our Immediate Response Service can have you up-and-running quickly. We have two methods of providing technical support, one for clients and another for non-clients:
Clients
If you are a client and need assistance with a technical emergency, please call the special telephone number that was assigned to you. If you have not been assigned a special telephone number, please call our offices to obtain one.
Non-Clients
If you need assistance with a technical emergency, please call the telephone number below. You can also fax or email your question. Non-clients will be serviced after all formal client requests are addressed.
