Carlos Custodio holds a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of San Francisco and is a certified Abacus Law consultant, certified Timeslips consultant, and a certified Novell administrator. He is a former systems director for a prominent Bay Area law firm, and his Abacus Law concentration is in installation, configuration, training, networking and troubleshooting.

Deborah Daniell is a 25-year experienced law office bookkeeping and accounting expert . She has implemented the Abacus Law BackOffice Accounting Package for many San Francisco Bay Area law firms, and she is the staff accountant for several law firms in San Francisco and Walnut Creek. Her Abacus Law BackOffice concentration is in bookkeeping, trust accounting and specific law office financial procedures.
